O&R Solutions SAS, headquartered at Boekhorststraat 42, 2512CS Den Haag, Netherlands, including its affiliates (“O&R Solutions”), provides this privacy policy (the “Policy”) to help you understand how O&R Solutions collects and uses the personal and non-personal information (each as defined below) you provide to or collected by O&R Solutions through O&R Solutions’s service called CareWall on www.CareWall.app or through the CareWall mobile applications (the “Service”), including any club or forum offered via the Service or collected when you visit the Service. “You” means any person accessing or using the Service. This Policy governs only the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of information collected through the Service. It does not apply to information collected by O&R Solutions in other ways (e.g., from third parties) or through other O&R Solutions websites or services, and it does not modify or alter any other agreements you may have or enter into with O&R Solutions.

For example, if O&R Solutions collects information about you from third parties, the collection, storage, use, and disclosure of that information will be governed by O&R Solutions’s agreement with you or the third-party source, unless the privacy policy of a third-party source indicates that this Policy will govern O&R Solutions’s use of the information the third-party source provides to O&R Solutions.

Also, if you otherwise provide Personal Information to O&R Solutions, such as when you call customer service or mail Personal Information in connection with promotions or product registrations, this Policy does not apply to that information.

Information O&R Solutions Collects

When you visit the Service, O&R Solutions collects certain Personal Information, as well as Non-Personal Information.

O&R Solutions also collects certain “Non-Personal Information,” which means data in a form that does not have a direct or indirect association with an identifiable individual, such as gender, language, postal code, area code, unique device identification, location and time zone where a O&R Solutions product or service is used, and information about customer activities on the Service, to enable O&R Solutions to gain better insights into customer behavior and improve O&R Solutions’s services, products, and advertising. O&R Solutions collects some of this Non-Personal Information automatically when you visit the Service (Ad ID, IDFA, Google Advertising ID). If Non-Personal Information is combined with Personal Information, the combined information will be treated as Personal Information for as long as it remains combined.

Voluntary Disclosure

When you voluntarily provide additional personal information without O&R Solutions having requested it and O&R Solutions has not been informed that it should exercise special care in handling such information, then O&R Solutions will not be liable for that information under this Privacy Policy, unless and to the extent O&R Solutions is required to use and protect such information under and in accordance with applicable law.

Location Services

O&R Solutions and its partners may collect, use, transfer, process, store, and share your precise location via GPS, WiFi, or wireless network triangulation for the purpose of providing our Service. This information may include but is not limited to your device ID and name, device type, and real-time geographic location of your device. You may also be able to provide location information to O&R Solutions such as “Places” and other information. O&R Solutions may also supplement the information it collects with information obtained from other companies. O&R Solutions does not share geographic location data with application providers. By enabling or using location-based services or features (such as displaying your phone location, placing Footprints, etc.) and applications that rely on location-based information, you agree and consent to O&R Solutions collecting, using, transmitting, processing, storing, and sharing information related to your location for the Service. You may withdraw your consent to O&R Solutions’s collection, use, transmission, processing, and sharing of your location data at any time by turning off the location features on your device and/or discontinuing your use of the location-based services or features on the Service. To disable the location features, you must use your device settings.

How O&R Solutions Uses Information

O&R Solutions uses the information it collects from you for a variety of purposes, including to provide you with the Service, to improve O&R Solutions’s products and services, and for marketing and promotional purposes.

Providing the Service
